Enjoy the Healthy Smoothy for Breakfast :

A vitamin packed smoothie, perfect for breakfast or light lunch or dinner!

Healthy breakfast smoothie :-

Ingredients :

  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 leaves of spinach
  • 1 or 2 spoons rose or strawberry syrup..
  • 2 glass water


Put all above Ingredients in mixer and crush till very smooth

It will make around 4 glass of smoothie ….

Make variants by using different ingredients such as using dates, walnuts, lemon juice, salt, herbs to spice up your own smoothies.

Even Kids will love this healthy breakfast, if you involve them in preparation. :)
